B. Rabbit

We woke up this morning to a brand new baby bull calf!  He had to have been born some time between midnight last night and 6:30 this morning.  This is the third calf that, Sella, the momma cow, has had at our farm; she is a great mom. He is the only calf that we expected to be born this spring on our farm, so we are especially thrilled that he was born healthy and doing well.

B. Rabbit - bull calf born 4.23.11

I named him B. Rabbit because he was born on Easter weekend, but it also just so happened that his ear tag is number 8, and B. Rabbit was also the nickname of Eminem's character in the movie 8 Mile.
